The self-rolling cheer-leading, applause-stimulating hand banner is made of paper, material, film, or other flexible printed material, which is retained by an elastic core (F,G) in the tube (B) of the roller parts. By opening the banner, more pressure and tension are exerted on the incorporated elastic. Through this pressure and tension, the flexible printed material is automatically rolled back around the tube of the roller parts to a closed position.
