Flexible materials such as fabric or film of selected infinite width are stretched between two vertical mounting profiles (1) by a scissor mechanism and thus splayed out. In the case of flexible printed materials, these encircle a profile (1) inserted in a vertical support so as to allow accessories to be fitted. Fixed printed material can also be used, again of infinite width such as plastics placards once again clipped in by the scissor mechanism. Additional components include the scissor guide (2) and open banner guide (3) and clip-in grooves (8).
