The elongated construction component, such as a foundation pile, is driven into the ground and incorporates an elongated impulsion body (10) together with a device for the drive of the impulsion body axially into the ground. The impulsion body at one outer end (13) is provided with at least one drive component (14) and an outflow aperture (12) for a hardened construction fluid. The drive component has at least one mainly flat blade which evolves from the outer end of the impulsion body in an axial direction.
