1. A light construction material, containing a mineral binder, mixing water, improving additives and an artificial filler. It is characterised in that a matrix (1), consisting of the mineral binder and mixing water, is reinforced with dispersed polypropylene fibres in the amount of 1 percent by volume. As a filler, it uses a light granulated filler (2) made of foamed polystyrene, superficially reinforced with epoxy resin with the grain size under or equal 8 mm. The ratio by volume of the reinforced matrix to the filler is equal to 1:1.1. 4. A method of producing a construction product out of the light construction material, consisting of the following operations: preparation of the light construction material, formation of the construction product, material consolidation and maintenance of the formed construction product. It is characterised in that the mineral binder is mixed with 1 percent by volume of dispersed polypropylene fibre. The mixture blended with mixing water, which is followed by adding a light granulated filler, made of foamed polystyrene, superficially reinforced with epoxy resin with the grain size under or equal 8 mm. The ratio by volume of the reinforced matrix to the filler should preferably be equal to 1:1.1. The mixture is stirred for a short time. Then, a 5-10 m thick layer of light construction material is placed in a mould and subjected to compacting on shakers with the frequency of 1 Hz for the period of ~30 seconds. The operations of placing successive layers and compacting them are repeated until the required thickness of the product is obtained. Then, the formed construction product is subjected to maturation. When it reaches the compression strength of 1-2 MPa, it is taken out of the mould.
