The turn-around device for loaders and unloaders of bread-baking ovens ensures that pieces of dough on introduction into an oven remain in the same position as that in which they are received by the loader or are inverted when discharged inside the oven. A frame is provided on which is fitted a mat bearing the dough pieces so that their sides terminate in expansions at the end for discharge from the mat, the inverter being housed between these expansions. The inverter is materialized as a type of rectangular column, in which are included two transversal bars spaced apart by an assembly of lateral pieces. The bars are adapted to the internal face of the expansions of the frame, in which the column is susceptible to swing via pivots. The turn-around device is for loaders and unloaders of bread-baking ovens.
