Laparoscopic dissector, especially for laparoscopic hysterectomy

The laparoscopic dissector consists of a thorn (1), palm manipulator (2), case unit (3), pressing spring (4) and cutting instrument (5). The thorn (1) in its ends with forked score (11) in which the cutting instrument (5) is placed rotationally. In the front part of the thorn (1) there is the rear outer cylindrical setting and it ends with palm manipulator (2). It is placed movably and rotationally inside the case unit (3). On the end of the case unit (3) there is two-finger holder (33).
