METHOD PROPOSED BY KOLOMOIETS M.Y. AND KHODOROVSKYI V.M. FOR DETERMINING THE DEFORMABILITY INDEX OF ERYTHROCYTES

摘要

The proposed method for determining the deformability index of erythrocytes implies determining the area of the sport that is formed in spreading the erythrocyte suspension and the area of the spot hat is formed in spreading the reference solution on filter paper. As the reference solution, 0.5 % of eosin solution is used. The deformability index is determined by the ratio between the area of the spot of the erythrocyte suspension and the area of the spot of the reference solution.
