The method for the surgical treatment of the cyst of parenchymatous organ comprises dissecting the capsule of the cyst throughout its diameter. The radial cuts are performed from the dissected part of the cyst towards its periphery. The internal surface of the cyst is treated with the ultrasound scalpel followed by the fixation of the dissected walls of the cyst to the bottom of its cavity.
