The method for treating the fractures of the greater tubercle of humerus comprises the open reposition and metal fixation. In addition, the part of the cortical plate with the spongy tissue in anterior-inferior part of the defect of the head is removed. The fragments of the greater tubercle are fastened together using the figured plate with the moderate tension of the rotational cuff of the shoulder in the distal direction.
