TECHNIQUE FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF STENOSIS IN VERTEBRAL CANAL

摘要

The technique for the surgical treatment of the stenosis in the vertebral canal comprises laminectomy with broadening of the canal, the resection of the bone tissue on the inside surface of the arch fragment, the longitudinal division of the fragment in two plates, the tailoring of the support sites and the openings in the plates, the closure of the broadened part with the aid of the resected vertebra with the affected area of the vertebral canal, and its attachment to the body of vertebra.
