METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE SEVERITY OF KIDNEY FUNCTION DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH INFECTION OF THE URINARY SYSTEM

The proposed method for determining the severity of kidney function disorders in patients with infection of the urinary system consists in carrying out the dynamic and static radionuclide renal imaging using radioactive pharmaceutical preparation - 99mTc-pyrophosphate - and using the obtained results for estimating the filtration and excretory functions of kidneys in patients with chronic pyelonephritis, without complications, which are infected with ureaplasma.
