The method for the orthodontic treatment of the inherited forms of occlusion pathology type I according to Engle in the period of varying occlusion comprises the correcting extraction of the temporary molars followed by installation of the orthodontic devices. The first or the second temporary molars are extracted symmetrically in upper and lower jaws. Upon the correcting extraction of the temporary molars, the fixed orthodontic devices are installed. In addition, the massage of the alveolar process in the area of the frontal teeth as well as the logopedic exercises are performed.
