The proposed method for concurrently determining content of ions of terbium, dysprosium, europium, and samarium in fluorimmunoassay in material consists in providing the reaction of the material sample with organic sensitizer in buffer solution, exposing the reaction product to ultraviolet radiation, and measuring the intensity of the luminescence of the product. As the sensitizer, 5-ethyl-(1,3,4)-thiadiazole-2-il of amide-4-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoline is used. The reaction is accomplished in the presence of urotropine.
