The method for pancreato-cystogastrostomy comprises applying anostomosis between the stomach and the pancreatic cyst, cutting and sewing the walls of the stomach and the cyst, tailoring the rectangular flap from the posterior gastric wall and adjacent wall of the cyst, and decreasing the diameter of anastomosis by approaching to the base of the flap of the opposite wall of anastomosis.
