TECHNIQUE FOR REIMPLANTATION OF GREATER DUODENAL PAPILLA IN COMPLICATED JUXTAPAPILLARY ULCER

The technique for reimplantation of the greater duodenal papilla in the complicated juxtapapillary ulcer comprises the selective vagotomy, antrumectomy, reimplantation of the greater duodenal papilla to the jejunum with transjejunal transpapillary external controlled drainage of choledoch. Upon papillosphincteroplasty, the greater duodenal papilla is reimplanted into the double terminal loop of jejunum switched off by Roux technique. The horseshoe-shaped enterotomy is performed and the sleeve-shaped invagination pancreatojejunoanastomosis is applied.
