The method for assessing the indications for the use of the low doses of Dopamine in the patients with the prerenal forms of the kidney disorders comprises the estimation of the blood circulation volume, the indices of urea and blood creatinine and their daily excretion, the diuresis with the calculation of Rebern test. In addition, the osmotic homeostasis is assessed and the clearance of free water is estimated.
