The technique for grafting the stromal stem cells in multicomponent three-dimensional carrier for replacing the tangential defects of the limb bones comprises the surgical separation of the bone fragments, the removal of the cicatrical tissues, the opening of the bone marrow canals, the generation of the recipient bed, and cell grafting.
