METHOD FOR MODELING ALLERGY OF MIXED TYPE

The method for modeling the allergy of the mixed type comprises the administration of the allergen to the nasal meatus of the rat following the nasal instillation of polyglucin for the induction of the immediate-type allergy. In addition, the chemical immunosuppressor is used. The mixed allergy is assessed simultaneously by IgE content in the respiratory organs for the immediate-type allergy and IgE content in the peripheral blood on the fifth day for the delayed-type allergy.
