The method for treating genital candidiasis in the couple of the reproductive age provides for the use of the vaginal Pimafucin suppositories and the treatment of the male external genitalia with 2% Pimafucin cream. In addition, Pimafucin is prescribed orally in tablets containing 100 mg of Natamycin, thrice a day for 20 days both for man and for woman. From the 5th to the 15th day of oral course of the drug, the woman is also given one vaginal Pimafucin suppository in the morning and one rectal suppository in the evening. At the same period, the man uses 2% Pimafucin cream for the external treatment of genitalia.
