PROCESS OF CLEANING MAN-CAUSED WATER RESERVOIR FROM WAIST DISPOSALS OF FERROUS METAL ORE CLEANING REJECTS

The process of cleaning man-caused water reservoir from waist disposals of ferrous metal ore cleaning rejects in which primary purification of disposal water is performed in pond-precipitator, this is placed in the places of the pulp discharge and is equipped with water-discharge collectors combined with draining, small fractions of the slime together with primary purified water are by self-flow directed through water discharge shafts and collectors to man-caused water reservoir, this is equipped with pump station for utilization of after-purified water and troughs of breakdown pulp discharge from ore-dressing factory. At the level of water area of man-made water reservoir one placed directly in bank zone mounting site where hydraulic dredge is mounted. One performs lift of the level of water reservoir enough for hydraulic dredge float and its following transportation to the zone of deposits washing. One decreases the level of the water reservoir to initial level through hydro-mechanical transportation of deposits from after-purification and slimes of breakdown discharges to tailing pit, and the purified water is directed for following water provision of dressing.
