METHOD FOR FORMATION OF NUTRIENT MEDIUM FOR AFFECTING CANDIDA FUNGI IN EXPERIMENT

The method for the formation of the nutrient medium for affecting Candida fungi provides for preparing two layers of medium. One layer where Candida fungi are plated represents Sabouraud agar with the paper disks containing antimycotics. The second lower layer of MPC agar is plated with Lactobacillus murinus (N IVM B-7037) concentration of 1*105 cells per one milliliter.
