A cruising-racing yacht contains a hull equipped with sail rigging, a rudder and a ballast. The board of yacht at the level of deck has a form of aerodynamic profile, the lower part of the housing is executed in the form of a false keel, which consists of three parts - middle, oriented along the center-line plane of housing, which is made as one whole with it and is its continuation, nose and rear portions, which fit closely to the middle part and are mounted with possibility of turning relative to it. In this case, the rotary rudder is mounted at the end of the rear portion, and the unit of fastening of foresail to the stem of yacht is placed below the level of the deck of yacht.
