METHOD FOR INTRAOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS OF BOUNDARIES OF EARLY CANCER OF STOMACH

A method for intraoperative diagnosis of the boundaries of the early cancer of the stomach comprises the spectral fluorescence of the gastric mucosa and the guided optical biopsy. In addition, in the course of the surgery, the gastric wall is illuminated through by the halogen tube from the optic canal of fibroendoscope. The areas of the darkening are used for the assessment of the boundaries of the early cancer of the stomach.
