The process for treating the spontaneous pneumothorax comprises thoracocentesis and draining of the pleural cavity according to Bulau. Thoracocentesis is performed in the fourth intercostal space along the anterior axillary line laterally from the thoracic muscles in Bogush-Lukomsky point. In addition, the urgent thoracoscopy is performed with the examination of the thorax. The draining of the pleural cavity is performed in the same point.
