A method for reprocessing soybean seeds into oil and protein and fatty concentrate provides for cleaning soybeans from admixtures, wet and -thermal treatment which includes wetting seeds to humidity of 16-16.5 % with subsequent wetting for 3 hours and treatment with infra-red radiation to the temperature of 130-135 DEGREE C, and grinding and pressing are performed without break in time.
