SPECIALLY DESIGNED RULER FOR DESIGN OF THE LIMBERG FLAP

Limberg flap demands rhomboid defect, all the sides of which are equal and set under an angle of 60 degrees (according to longitudinal axle) and 120 degrees (according to a shorter axle). Even though a theoretical design and construction of this flap are quite clear, there practically exist difficulties to design equal sides, and form precise angles of 60 and 120 degrees, as well. Thus, there often comes that an unequal sided flap having unequal angles is formed. Hereby, we have designed special ruler stencils significantly simplified, along with quick reconstruction of rhomboidal defects by this flap, and it is one-hundred-percent accurate
