Invention relates to obtaining preparations with bivalent iron for prevention and therapy of sideropenic anemia in the form of concentrates, wine and syrups. Procedure comprises in, that in aminoacid helates of bivalent iron such as ferroglycine chloride and ferroaspartate or salts of bivalent iron and organic acids such as ferrogluconate or ferrofumarate, vitamine and antioxidant, the solution is heated at 50-70°C, are added in a prepared base of water and honey, furthermore, herbal extracts of nettle Urticae dioica L., taraxacum, Achillea millefolium L. and horsetail Equisetum arvense L. are added and the solution is cooled and stored away from light and air.
