Subject of this invention is completion of a device that provides significant increase in the quantity of solar energy that a collar converter (1) converts into the other form of energy (electric and thermal energy) compared to the quantities that are obtained in existing converters. This is achieved by setting the converter (1) in a trough with slanted sides (2) of such a high brightness so that the total raying that these take in, is reflected onto the converter. The converter is set onto the carrier of a special construction (3), so as to enable tracking along the solar raying by setting it always perpendicularly to direction of its approaching thereto. Herewith, it is possible, in principle, to increase special mechanisms to provide that the trough with the converter is automatically set toward the ground under the angles required to achieve the position appropriate for taking in the solar raying. These mechanisms are controlled and guided according to a special program inbuilt in a microprocessor connected to the device, which controls operation of driving electric motors (16) and (19).;Predmet ovog pronalaska predstavlja ostvarenje ureaja koji obezbeuje znaajno poveanje koliine solarne energije koju solarni konvertor (1) pretvara u drugi vid energije (elektrinu ili toplotnu energiju) u odnosu na koliine koje se dobijaju postojeim konvertorima.
