The device has a solar collector (1) formed by thermal circuits (22, 23). The thermal circuits are provided with function of raising pressure and temperature of fluid introduced in the circuits, where increase in the number of thermal circuits introduced into the solar collector causes increase in pressure with regard to concerned user and space of buildings. A pressure reducer (6) is utilized for reducing pressure of the fluid.
