An elongate mechanism has one strip (20a) directly connected to one of lateral portions (50) of the binder outside the spine of binder, and another strip (20b) free from binder and connected to the spine of the binder by a guide bar (100) in a state the guide bar allows the other strip to move on a common hinge (30).
