UNDER GROUND COVER

摘要

The underbody covering is of double-walled construction with lower and upper wall, with the lower wall forming a stream-lined smooth covering surface to the vehicle floor. The outer surface of the lower wall has a flow-guiding structure e.g. flow channels. The channels diverge or converge in longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The underbody covering is an extruded blown part, or produced in a twin-sheet-process, and contains functional components, e.g. ventilation channels. The covering consists of fiber and/or mineral-containing plastic, and has a density of more than 150kg/m SIMILAR 3 up to 400 kg/m SIMILAR 3.
