The system includes emitting and deflecting plates installed and connected to a main tube formed in close circuit and situated in the interior of a bag. The plates ensure increased air contact surface to enable an aspiration unit to suck out vegetable water through the main tube with the interposition of a cut key to the actuator of the aspiration unit. The bag may be made of traditional material for vaporization. The bag may be in the form of annexed raft.
