The system has an outer casing provided with a terminal (1). A touch screen is connected to an internal CPU, where the touch screen is installed with resident software for interacting with users. A General packet radio service (GPRS)modem sends user requests to a central server (2), where the central server records and transfers the received requests to a short messaging service (SMS) platform server (3). The SMS platform server executes the received requests by Wireless application protocol (WAP).
