Combined preparation containing as active substance the following individual components, in juxtaposed form: - cells derived from monocytes that are macrophages or dendritic cells obtained by culture in the presence of lymphocytes, particularly cytotoxic macrophages, - chemotherapeutic drugs, for simultaneous use for treatment of cancer or infectious diseases, or for separate or sequential use, in which the time interval between administration of monocyte derived cells and administration of the chemotherapeutic drug is between one day and two months.
