Satellite navigation e.g. global positioning system (GPS) is combined with inertial sensors e.g. turn sensor, acceleration sensor and a communication system to obtain digital position information on a topological map. A mobile device is integrated in each vehicle. A control center manages the information received from the mobile devices for location, control, management and configuration.
