THE PRESENT INVENTION REFERS TO A METHOD FOR DETECTION AND IDENTIFICATION OF AT LEAST A MICROORGANISM, OR FOR THE SIMULTANEOUS DETECTION OF VARIOUS MICROORGANISMS IN A SAMPLE, WHICH UNDERSTANDS THE STEPS OF: PRESENT IN THE SAMPLE; (II) IF IT WAS NECESSARY TO EXPAND THE SEPARATING REGION OF RARN 16S23S, OR A PART OF THIS, WITH AT LEAST AN APPROPRIATE PRIMER PAIR, (III) MAKE HYBRID THE POLLINUCLE ACIDS OF STEP (I) OR (II) WITH AT LEAST ONE AND PREFERIBLY MORE THAN ONE OF THE SEPARATOR PROBES AS MENTIONED IN TABLE 1 OR EQUIVALENTS OF THE SAME, UNDER APPROPRIATE HYBRIDIZATION AND WASHING CONDITIONS, AND / OR WITH A SPECIFIC TAXONE PROBE DERIVED FROM ANY OF THE SEQUENCE SEPARATORS SEPARATE FIGURES 1-103 UNDER THE SAME CONDITIONS OF HYBRIDIZATION AND WASHING; (IV) DETECT THE HYBRIDS FORMED IN STEP (III) WITH EACH OF THE PROBES USED UNDER APPROPRIATE HYBRIDIZATION AND WASHING CONDITIONS; (V) IDENTIFY THE MICROORGANISM (S) PRESENT (S) IN THE SAMPLE OF THE DIFFERENTIAL HYBRIDIZATION SIGNS OBTAINED IN STEP (IV).
