Device for the decontamination of liquid effluent produced in medical analysis laboratories or in hospitals, comprising three tanks, namely a storage tank (2) where discharging the effluents by treating then transfer to them to a second tank (8) Decontamination wherein the effluent is mixed with the product to be treated decontamination; the two tanks are provided with level detectors or probes (3, 4, 5, and 13, 16, 17); and a third tank (9) of deposit or decontaminating product; the device is provided with a dosing means (12) allowing to provide a predetermined flow of decontaminating product to the discharge flow from the storage tank (2) to the decontamination tank (8); the device includes a central control unit 5 (7) that controls: - a first pump (6) of discharge of effluent from the first tank (2) to the second tank (8); - a second pump (14) of pouring the mixture delos treated effluent contained in the second tank (8) towards the evacuation outlet which could be a manifold or a post-process; - the level detectors (3, 4, 5, and 13, 16, 17) send the data to the central control unit which, according to information received, controls the pumps (6, 14) and the dosing means (12 ); said device is characterized in that allows the decontamination of effluents by production, and in that further includes a reservoir which forms a chamber capable decompression ensure condensation of the mists such as those produced by apparatus of Hematology where these mists below the first tank (2) treatment of liquid effluents are carried.
