An in vitro method for determining the nosis prog an HIV-infected comprising individual: - measuring the level of only two cos Séri markers, namely anti-tat and p24 protein antibodies in the serum of an HIV infected individual; - comparing the measured of anti- tat antibodies and p24 protein with levels indicative of progression or disease progression level; and - determining the prognosis of infec individual Tado HIV, where high levels of Antigen Antibody pos anti-tat and low levels of p24 protein they are in dicativos not disease progression, and low anti-tat antibodies and ele fords levels of p24 protein are indicative of disease progression.
