The steel structure includes pedestals and crossbars which are arranged to form tapered windows between the crossbars. The ends of the crossbars are provided with tongue pieces for fitting with collateral sheets and to the pedestals. The sheets are fitted to the base of the tapered windows with the use of rotary elastic devices.
