The invention relates to compositions for the bacterization of organic fertilizers (EO) and organo-mineral fertilizers (EOM) granules for non-leguminous agronomic crops. Their manufacture consists of a double contact; (1) fine particles of soil and plant growth promoting bacteria (BCFP), bacteria isolated because of their edaphic competence, in the context of fermentation and solid state formulation (FFES), and ( 2) the BFCP inoculum thus produced and EO / EOM, and / or their precursors during the manufacture of said EO / EOM, which can serve as expediants and carbon substrates once these BFCP reintroduced into the soil according to different farming methods, including the use of a fertilizer starter band. The invention ensures that these contacts are economical and weakly bacteriocidal despite the content of fertilizing mineral salts of EOM thus constituted up to 25 to 30% of their dry weight. The invention makes it possible to confer on these new fertilizing materials a triple mineral, organic and bacteriological action. This triple action allows it to surpass in terms of agronomic efficiency the current EO / EOM when used as a starter fertilizer for non-Leguminosea agronomic crops. The invention is advantageously implemented in agronomic situations where there is absence of crop residues on the ground at the time of sowing and / or on soils moderately saturated with phosphorus and thus little or not conducive to conventional phosphate fertilization.
