Said aim is achieved by a spotting method in which the assays (15) to be transferred from a support (1) by means of said spotting method are irradiated in a targeted manner with a laser beam of a laser light source (9) such that the assays (15) are transferred in a highly precise and contactless fashion onto the support (4) of the analysis arrangement (3) with the aid of the resulting pulse transmission in order to create the desired test zones (16) where said assays (15) can be subjected to a subsequent biological, biochemical, or chemical analysis. The inventive spotting method is also suitable for the contactless transfer of smallest quantities of an analyte-specific reagent solution into or onto the test zones (16) of the analysis arrangement (3).
