The invention concerns a device (1) for self-correction of scoliosis (1) consisting of assemblies of means (2), (3), (4) and (5), the subassembly of means (2) consisting: of a rod (21) hooked to the ends of the concavity of the scoliosis by two fixing elements (22 and 23); an assembly of means (3) comprising two rods (31 and 32) hooked to the spine by other catching means (33 and 34) located at the ends of the chord D of the arc defined by the curvature of R of the scoliosis, the rods (31 and 32) capable of freely sliding through orifices located at the ends of a U-shaped part (4) wide open to enable said rods to be optimally guided, the part (4) itself consisting of a rod (41) comprising on its body identical indentations adapted to receive set screws, enabling a link to be provided between the subassemblies (2) and (3) via a part (5) as well as for a minimally adjusted setting of the device (1), having preferably the shape of a small single-piece tile allowing the passage of the rods (21 and 41).
