摘要

A method of preparation of cetyltriethyl ammonium bromide-­modified polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles (CTAB-PBCA-NPs) consists of the following steps: dissolving Tween 80 in H2O, adding butyl α -cyanoacrylate (BCA) monomers under stirring at constant temperature, centrifuging and removing the supernatant; filtering and removing the supernatant to form the PBCA-NP colloid storing solution; diluting the PBCA-NP colloid storing solution and adding it into the cetyltriethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) aqueous solution, stirring and removing the supernatant at room temperature and then drying to form the CTAB-­modified polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles. This invention allows that the plasmid DNA is combined efficiently, and the DNA is protected from destroying and the nanoparticles have higher gene delivery efficiency in vitro. The PBCA nanoparticles gene delivery system can protect the loaded DNA from digestion by ribonuclease and sonication-­induced shearing.
