The method permits different control of the two loads simultaneously or exclusively. For an given location or a group of locations to be heated feed the load or operate the charging of the electrical storage devices during authorized periods where there is a reduced tariff on the supplying electrical distribution network, having one or more energy price levels. Charge the thermal capacity of the construction parts and equipment at the location or locations, independently of the set temperature displayed on regulating device linked to ambient temperature, as a function of a specific charge defined by the regulator. The setting value is obtained by comparing the value of ambient temperature values defined by the regulator at repetitive intervals in a set time period, defining a measuring cycle of ambient temperature variations to a temperature step variation predetermined by the regulator as a function of the storage devices characteristics. An Independent claim is included for a regulating device.
