Such copper ion electrochemical therapeutic instrument includes: a blood-copper controller; a constant current source, which connected with the blood-copper controller, outputs the constant current under the control of the blood-copper controller; a copper electrode, which connected with the constant current source, inserts into the lesion of the patient, and the constant current output by the constant current source makes it produce the copper ion at the lesion of the patient; the blood-copper controller samples the constant current output by the constant current source and the voltage between the two electrodes of the copper electrode in real time, obtains the present density of the blood-copper, and compares whether the present density of the blood-copper is equal to the objective density of the blood-copper, if the present density is equal to the objective density, the blood-copper controller controls the constant current source to stop outputting the constant current.
