A medical process quality management system (10) includes: a medical process database (18) for storing a plurality of medical processes to be executed on a patient; a current process database (20) for storing a medical process in which the patient is present; a patient state input unit for receiving input of the patient state; s process management unit (24) for judging whether the patient state inputted by the patient state input unit (14) has reached the target state of the current process and reading out the next medical process to be executed as the next process from the medical process storage unit (18) when the patient state is judged to have reached the target state; a next process candidate output unit (26) for outputting the next process read out by the process management unit (24) as a candidate of the next medical process to be executed; and a next process input unit (12) for receiving input of the next medical process to be executed and writing it into the current process storage unit. This guarantees the medical quality by flexibly handling the patients individually.
