A closing, connecting and/or locking safety device, having a cylindrical structure, in particular vandal-proof cap, with limited tightening torque and equipped with means to prevent nondestructive forced opening. Said safety device comprises a manoeuvring element (1) and a manoeuvred element (2) coaxially received in the manoeuvring element (1); said elements (1, 2) are anchored to each other and also locked up to said limited tightening torque in one direction, but free to mutually rotate in the other one. A key (4) makes said elements (1 and 2) integral in rotation also in said other direction upon reaching at least one mutual specific position. The manoeuvring element (1) for engagement in rotation in one direction carries a fixed crown of teeth (7) susceptible of engaging a crown of teeth with similar teeth (12) carried by yielding flaps (13) of the manoeuvred element (2). Said key (4) consists of a thin, high-resistance profiled blade (16) to be inserted in a seat (9) of a shape matching said manoeuvring element (1) and of at least one gauged seat (14) matching said manoeuvred element (2).
