A monitoring device for the long-distance oil engine and the electric net, includes a digital signal processor, an analog parameter input interface for inputting the oil engine analog parameter(s) and the electric net analog parameter(s), an A/D converter connecting between the analog parameter input interface and the digital signal processor, a switching value input interface for inputting the oil engine switching value signal(s), a control signal output interface and a long-distance communication interface. The monitoring functions of the oil engine and the electric net are integrated together, so the remote measuring, remote sensing, remote control and long-distance measuring functions of the oil engine can be obtained, and monitoring various electric net parameters and analysing the harmonic wave in the electric net can be obtained.
