This Invention utilises two[2] different techniques in unison to measure Cancer ous change and Allergy Reactions in Living cells, the two techniques being assessment of cell death, utilising a Fluorophore, and Electronic changes in 'polarity' in intracellular 'domains', via a Microscope, Plate-Reader, or a similar Instrument, [e.g. Flow-Cytometer , Luminometer]. The samples to be tested, be they from skin,..Fine Needle Biopsy, Endoscopy, or Surgical tissue, must be collected into 'normal saline', Live, NOT Frozen or stored in Formalin. Thus the testing must be carried out within hours. The Computerised assessment of cell death, and Polarisation changes are produced as superimposable graphs, the intersection point of the cell death timed curve and the 'Gaussian' type curve derived from the Polarisation/Depolarisation assessments, produces the result. There is a variance of 10%, in the resulting. The Fluorophore chosen, and the Excitation, and Reading wavelengths are selected for the type of test. Since the testing can be carried out in multiples of 96, this allows for 'screening' of' many samples, and very many allergens, on a single sample of blood. The slides, or 96 well plates are 'coated' with a gold LCD pattern which does not interfere with Light or Fluorescence Microscopy. This Invention allows for earlier Detection of Cancer and the earlier implementation of treatment, and allows easier follow-up, without surgery, and in the Allergy assessments, a very much wider range of tests, on a single blood sample. All tests are dated and timed, for follow-up testing. The Invention requires accurately controlled temperature, and for this we use a 'Peltier' type device, with a range of -30 to +40 degrees. This is Computer-controlled. To ensure minimal electrical interference, an Isolation Transformer, plus Earthing, must be used. For longer time assessments, there is a limit of only 100 hours for using 2 nanovolts for recording Exqitation and Polarity changes.
