A binding implement (1) capable of easily, securely, and efficiently binding a plurality of wire-like bodies or rod-like bodies such as fruit tree petiole parts and the other plant bodies by a simple structure, the use of the binding implement, and an implement set for binding fruit tree petiole. The binding implement (1), as shown in Fig. 1, comprises an annular body (2) having a pair of holding pieces (5A) and (5B) on the outer peripheral surface and end parts (3T) and (4T) for opening/closing. The annular body (2) comprises an elasticity or a flexibility so that the normally closed end parts (3T) and (4T) for opening/closing can be opened by moving the holding pieces (5A) and (5B) close to each other.
